Måste man vara utbildad barnskötare för att jobba på förskola?

Formellt kan kommunen anställa vem som helst, men i praktiken kräver de flesta arbetsgivare barn- och fritidsprogrammet eller motsvarande. Utbildningen ska därför synas tydligt i CV:t.

Vad letar förskolechefer efter i ett CV?

Trygghet i barngruppen, kunskap om läroplanen, erfarenhet av föräldrasamtal och att du är en lagspelare. Konkreta exempel på pedagogiska situationer väger tyngre än adjektiv.
